This Salmon sashimi entree created by Jeannie was absolutely yummy and it tasted as good as it looked. This was one of the many dishes prepared at the Liew residence on the summer solstice celebration when we were in KL.  Thanks guys for having us over, unfortunately I didn’t take pics of the spare ribs but it was yummy too.
